This is an example of an existing home in the villa, we stripped an older home down to its metal frame and built a whole new home with all new of the finest materials.

We re-leveled the frame, repainted the frame and add to the floor system to maximize the lot for living space and architecture.

Our new homes are built with all the strength and beauty of any new wooden home, many times exceeding typical construction standards.
